The GC3900E new touch wide range gas chromatograph has high sensitivity for detecting trace and trace samples in increasingly complex air environments. It adopts mainstream IP communication technology, is equipped with fully automatic EPC/AFC electronic flow control technology, and comes standard with a wide range logarithmic amplification system. The modular assembly structure facilitates customer customization and personalized needs for trace substance detection in the factory.

Gas Pressure/Flow Electronic Control Module (EPC/AFC)

The gas pressure/flow electronic control module EPC/AFC used in this instrument completely replaces traditional manual pressure/flow control systems, providing users with a flexible and intelligent fully automatic pressure/flow control system.

The internal air circuits of the instrument are individually controlled, and each channel can replace manual pressure control valves, pressure stabilizing valves, flow stabilizing valves, back pressure valves, needle valves, air resistance valves, and proportional valves. The product has excellent resolution and control performance. At the same time, the device dynamically compensates for external pressure and temperature to achieve output. In addition, users can switch between high and low flow rates by changing the air resistance of the outlet.

The instrument is equipped with pressure and flow control modules that can automatically adjust the outlet pressure changes, overcoming the problem of traditional mass flow meters being unable to accurately control under outlet pressure. Users only need to input the parameters of the chromatographic column, and EPC/AFC can automatically calculate and set the pre column pressure and chromatographic column flow rate. The entire instrument is automatically controlled throughout the process without manual adjustment
